Question Crash i7-13700k and DDR5 Kingston FURY 6800MT/s

I've tried all 6000/6400/6800 DRAM Frequency presets and keep crashing during gaming.
Can someone help or explain why?

I have the next specs:
i7 13700kf
Kingston Fury Renegade DDR5 32GB 6800MT/s DDR5 CL36 Kit of 4
Motherboad gigabyte B760 GAMING X AX (rev. 1.x)
MSI 3090
PSU 1000w

Any WHEA's? Did you change anything in the BIOS. Do you change anything regarding the RAM but left BIOS at old values?

no, only switched to XAMP profile1

I read somewhere XMP2 should be used with DDR5, can't remember where because I have DDR4 and it didn't apply to me so I moved along.
