Question Crashing problems

Lately i have been having problems with my pc where it will crash/ disconnect from all devices plugged in, the fans will get really loud and go on 100%, and the pc wont turn off when i press the power button. i have tried all the trouble shooting tricks i have seen and it still wont help this most consistently happens when i play nba2k25 or madden 25. These are my specs

• CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4GHz (4.6GHz Turbo) 8 cores, 16 thread
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
• RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
• SSD: 1TB M.2 Solid State Drive
• Cooler: Water Cooling
• Case fan: 12cm RGB FANS
• PSU: 850W
• WiFi: Yes
