Question crashing while gaming

Hey everyone,

Recently , I have been facing random crashes while gaming . It will usually be a light blue or a green screen without an error until I will have to shut down my pc manually. I have to note that with my previous gpu, which was r9 270 , I faced no crashes whatsoever. It has happened to every single game I've played so far (csgo, valorant, r6 , ets 2) except cod mw, which seems odd to me .

r5 3400g
gtx 1650
8 gb ram
win10

any help would be appreciated, tell me if you need more info.

• Did you clear old drivers using DDU before installing the NVIDIA card?
• Do you have latest NVIDIA drivers?
• What is your PSU make and model?
• Have you monitored CPU and GPU temps under load?

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? Latest BIOS version for your motherboard? Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers and reinstall them manually in an elevated command, i.e Right click installer>Run as Administrator after sourcing the drivers from Nvidia's support site.
