Im running on MSI H61M-P22 B3 (there are total of 2 ram slots)
1x8 GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Any idea whats going on? Its running stable, but i feel like im getting bad performace in games. Also could this be because of Windows 11? Thank you.

Yeah you prob got hardware acceleration on. I just went on a rant on Reddit about how windows 11 is the next windows Vista. I was running windows 11 until 2 days ago when I noticed the issue your having. I had a 10% CPU usage in background. And when I opened task manager, it uses 50% of the computer for a few seconds for just the task manager no game running. Your M.2 SSD will never have the speed it once had if...

And when I opened task manager, it uses 50% of the computer for a few seconds for just the task manager no game running. Your M.2 SSD will never have the speed it once had if you ran a early version of windows 11 my personal experience on that. My rig is a Asus Prime x570-P ,3950x, be quiet! Dark Rock 4 , Evga 3060 and 2080Super, G.Skill Ripjaws 2x16GB cl18 4000mhz and G.Skill Ripjaws 2x16Gb cl16 3600mhz overclocked to 3800mhz. fclk @ 1900mhz. With my timing @ 17-20-20-20-37-40. I flashed back to Windows 10 w/ hardware acceleration on and I get 20 fps more in Warzone then on Windows 11.

Mine does that when I've got SSD rapid mode turned on.
