Create shortcut for 'enter' ?

I was wondering if it's possible to create a separate shortcut for the enter key? i.e 'ctrl/shift + spacebar'

if you dont want to move your hand away from the mouse or something. Then it depends on what you are doing, one thing you can do is, press tab (might need to do this a few times), then press space. the Focus should change (like if you want to click a button) then pressing spacebar should simulate a click
