hello, creating windows 7 64 bit on a USB using Rufus should I let the selected options of Rufus or I need to change anything, like changing partition scheme..etc?

Solution
Those steps have worked for me:
Launch Rufus and select the USB flash drive.

In "Boot selection" click Select.
Select the Windows 10 ISO file from the folder location.
Click the Open button.
On the "Image option" select the Standard Windows installation.
In"Partition scheme" select the GPT option.

From the "Target system" menu select UEFI (non CSM).

DO NOT alter any of the defaults under "Show Advanced drive properties" section.

In "Volume label" field confirm the name for the drive e.g. W10_usb."

"File system" and "Cluster size": Lewave it as is.
Click Show advanced format options and then Quick Format.

Press the Start button.
Click the OK button to confirm.
Click the Close button...

After all the above steps are complete, Rufus will create a USB flash drive for installing W10 on a system using UEFI.

But you can always use the Microsoft USB creation tool that appears quite easy.
