How I can open cripted archivies on an other computer?

I have old cripted archivies how I can now open it on the new computer??

Encryption, by use of Windows utilities, will use formulae based on a
specific computer.

When a file is moved to another computer, the formulae are of course
different and the file cannot be decrypted.

All part of the security process.

You need to open the archives on your old computer.

In future consider that encryption is a waste of time.
