Recently I haven’t been able to get onto my PC at all.

I first started getting this error message on startup:
DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

But now I am getting this error message:
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

I cannot boot in safe mode either as I get the same error message. I have tried a system restore but that didn’t work. I have also tried running chkdsk /f /r /x in the administrator command prompt in troubleshoot options but that found nothing. I am unable to uninstall windows updates as it says ‘We ran into a problem’ when is try to do them. This also happens when I try and do a fresh install of windows so I am unable to do either of them.

Please help!

Crit process died at boot could mean either winload.exe or a process used for user or login id broken, both sort of leave you outside windows... but shouldn't effect a clean install.

How far into install process do you get? Have you trried making another installer on another USB to see if that makes any difference

Try making memtest on another PC as it creates a bootable USB. Use it to test ram - Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

driver IRQ likely is software but since you BSOD...

driver IRQ likely is software but since you BSOD on install too, its worth checking.
