Critique on my DS3L based build

Well here it is, i have been researching for quite some time now and I've come up with a build that i think suites my needs. I am wondering where I can improve upon things. I will be buying the parts after new years so I am in no rush to order.

My soon to be build:
Case: Antec 900 $120
CPU: Intel e6750 $190
Mobo: Gigabyte p35 DS3L $95
HD: Seagate 320 gig 7.2k $85
RAM: Geil 2gb 800 CAS4 $80
PSU: Corsair 520HX $120
OD: Lite-on 20a1s SATA $35

My Gaming Build = $725
Raping ppl on COD4 = Priceless


And for the Graphics card I will be using a EVGA 7900GS, until the 8800gt becomes more available and its actual price. I'm going to be using this for gaming. All prices are from newegg and dosen't include shipping.

The list looks very solid.

8800GT prices are coming down to MSRP. $250-ish. Look for deals at chain stores like Best Buy, etc.

Good list. Look at the HD3870 too, if the 8800GT is too expensive or hard to find.
