[SOLVED] CRU > Custom refresh rate question

Hello everyone,

I've bought an Optix G24C4 144hz monitor which supports 144hz.
The problem is that I can't see 144hz option in the Windows display settings.

My GPU is AMD Radeon HD6700 Series and monitor connected via HDMI.

My previous monitor (BenQ XL2420T) also supported 144hz and it worked correctly however the current monitor doesn't.
Now I'm trying to setup a custom refresh rate with CRU with 144Hz and 120Hz but it doesn't work. I am still not able to select 120hz/144hz.

Can you help please? Any suggestions?

I tested this monitor with HDMI on my Macbook Pro laptop and it works correct with 120Hz.

What resolution are you trying to use? It supports up to 144hz. on hdmi and display port @ 1080P. You shouldn't have to make a custom refresh rate.

Have you tried updating the GPU drivers? Is there any GPU control panel? If yes, try checking that panel for the refresh rate setting.
