Does all Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 667MHz PC2-5300 comes with Micron D9GMH (B6-3) chipset?

Yes it does.

Get the CAS3 versions of them, they will have D9s.

Crucial are the retail arm of Micron, ALL their products have Micron ICs, and there are no alternative Micron ICs that can cope with those speeds+latencies.

You might be talking about G.Skill but he replied to his own post and was talking about Crucial

The Crucial 667MHz 3-3-3-12 stuff runs fine at 800MHz 4-4-4-12 and 1066MHz 5-5-5-15, these are actually roughly the same timings in terms of real time.

Plus with Crucial you are almost guaranteed to get Micron chips, and the fast/low latency stuff is all D9's
