The difference between an Arctic Freezer 34 and the Arctic 34 Esports is that the Esports looks better and comes with a better fan (Bionix), the Esports DUO comes with 2 Bionix fans.
I have the Arctic Esports 33 with 2 120 mm Bionix fans and it works very well on my OC'd Ryzen 5 2600.
Idle temps are around 27-30 depending on room temp and it maxes out around 55-56C after 3-4 hours of gaming.
The Cryorig M9 plus is a dual 92 mm fan version of the M9i so it should give you slightly better cooling that the M9i:
