Cryorig R1 Universal good for 6700k?

My questions is simple:
Is the Cryorig R1 Universal good enough to keep the 6700K @4.5ghz OC cool enough so it doesn't get destroyed?
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A71
It has very good everything, airflow, looks nice and is big.
The CPU: 6700K.

I own a cryorig h5 and do that to an I5 6600K. The R1 is even faster. R1 is probably one of the best coolers out there!

Would a 6700k 4.5ghz work with a H5 or H7 because the R1 apparently doesn't fit in the case.
