hey guys , i want to build a mining pc, but in a budget. i want to use 1070 ti but dont know which processor to chose. can you plz tell me how low i can go to build pc for 1070 ti for mining not for gaming .. suggest me the Cheapest one ... and if anyone tell me the importance of cpu and gpu in mining is very helpful . no funny comments plz

CPU has no affect on hashrate if you are using the GPU as the miner. Most miners buy a cheap 7th gen Skylake Celeron or Pentium. 3rd gen may not be a good idea just because mixing old and new hardware can lead to problems although it should theoretically work fine. Nothing wrong with a dual core CPU. The only thing the CPU has to be capable of doing is loading the OS and mining software.

Before you buy look into other cards like Vega 54 or lower Radeon cards like the 580 or 480 or 380. These cards are a bit easier to find from sellers and have decent hash rates.
The CPU usually is not all that important in mining builds because most mining is completely GPU dependent and does not stress\use the CPU at all. I have not done it myself, but I read a few guides saying that they pair a decent Z270 board ( mostly for the PCIE ports and stability for power multiple GPU's), and cheap compatible processors, which in this case would be Intel's Pentium lineup. Here's a link to Newegg's page for it, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16819117625.

I don't really know which would the best to pick within the family, but logic says to pick the cheapest one. If you are only going to be using one GPU you can probably get a cheaper MB, but that may limit future plans to hook up more GPU's if you do.

Best of luck and have fun with it.

i dont have anyone yet ... but i will buy another if i got any profit after build..

thanx , thats what im looking for cheapest cpu for mining 😀

First you need to figure out how many cards you want to be able to potentially mine with. If it's only one or two, you just need a board with 2 PCIe x16 slots. Something like this would do: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138443&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
Then get the cheapest CPU that works with that socket. Cheapest one on PCpartpicker right now is a celeron G3930.

I really encourage you to run the numbers on this though. The cheapest 1070 Ti on pcpartpicker right now is $900, so total build cost will be at least $1100. If you look at eth (currently most profitable thing to mine) based on current difficulty and current rate at which difficulty is increasing, it would take you a year to even break even and that's assuming the value of eth increases 10% per month.

You won't break even for a long time on high end graphics cards with GPU prices where they are at even if you get cards with great hashrates. Crypto miners ironically are to blame for this. If you want a high end card like a 1080GTX or Vega be prepared to pay about double MSRP. It's a good idea when they first come out to preorder them. My shop did an 4x Vega 64 build when the cards first came out, it was a thing to behold at the cards didn't cost like $2000 CAD each like they do now.

Processor choice doesn't matter, only GPU and PSU.

so if i chose i3 3rd gen , any other dual core or celron cpu with any high end gpu, the hashrate will be the same??
like if i chose 1080gtx with any cheapest cpu in market , does it give the same hash ?
