Question CrystalDiskInfo shows SSD "Health Status" as only 11% ?

My PC is five years old and recently I checked CrystalDiskInfo and it shows my SSD's Health Status at 11%, but it doesn't show any caution signs (no yellow or red and every current and worst column has the exact same numbers).
I also see no actual problems with the SSD itself. I can download and move files just fine, there have been no errors in opening files or programs, and Task Manager shows a low SSD usage percentage (3% at minimum).
Is there something wrong with the CrystalDiskInfo results?

Your SSD is based on Phison's S3111-S11 controller. Here are similar SSDs with the same firmware and SMART attributes:

The raw value of attribute 0xE7 reports the SSD Life Left as a percentage. A new SSD will have a value of 0x64 (= 100 decimal). Yours has a value of 0xB (= 11 decimal).

https://www.google.com/search?q=0x64+in+decimal

Your Erase Count (attribute 0xAD) appears to consist of two values:

  • 0x0000037A03A5 -> 0x037A / 0x03A5 = 890 / 933 (decimal)

I expect that the first number is the average erase count while the second is the maximum count for any cell.

If we assume that SMART is configured for a rated P/E cycle count (Program/Erase) of 1000, then your average erase count is at 89% of its rated value. This means that the remaining P/E cycles is 11%. This corresponds to attribute 0xE7.

The Bad Block Count (attribute 0xAA) also appears to consist of two values (or perhaps 3):

  • 0x00430000007A -> 0x0043 / 0x0000 / 0x007A

I'm not sure, but 0x43 could be the number of "grown defects", ie bad blocks that have appeared during normal usage. Comparison with those other new SSDs shows a value of 0 in this position.

0x7A could be the number of "primary defects", ie bad blocks that were identified during manufacturing.

I confess that I don't understand how the Current and Worst values relate to the raw numbers. :-?

Code:
82 82 000000000063  120GB
61 61 00430000007A  120GB
90 90 00000000007C  120GB
86 86 0000000000A4  120GB
92 92 000000000121  240GB
90 90 000000000153  240GB
74 74 00000000016D  120GB
78 78 00000000021E  480GB
