CS:GO frame drop problem on : FX-6300 , Nvidia GT 1030

Hey there.

So i meet highest system requirements , but the problem is that , the game just starts lagging.
I noticed that the game lags when both teams meet somewhere [ or when i meet some players ]
So when i see an enemy team [ or 2-10 players ] the frames per second just drop from 96-110 FPS to 18-23 FPS
I also saw videos from people that had the same CPU and graphic card , but they had steady FPS with no framedrops.

Can someone help me with this ???

What resolution/resolution scale are you using?

CS:GO, for the most part, is CPU intensive, so may be part of the problem.

Are you monitoring CPU utilization? Temperatures?

Im using highest resolution possible [ 1440x900 ] and im not monitoring CPU utilization..
