CS:GO only getting 80-120 fps w/gtx 1070

My gtx1070 is only getting 80-120 fps in csgo. Just noticed the problem today. Before today, i would alwasy get ~240-280 (because of my CPU bottleneck) but for some reason im only getting 90-120.

I checked MSI afterburner and my gpu isnt even going to the right clock. When i check afterburner the GPU stays in the idle clock. My OC (100% stable) should be 2101mhz.

I checked the nvidia control panel and it is set for prefer maximum performance under power management mode.

WHATS GOING ON?!?!?!?!

make sure power is set to performance. i know in amd my old shitty card it would not OC unless the pc was set to performanc mod and i had to go into a windows sub menu to get it to work it was frustrating to say the lest

I know afterburner is saying it is all good but actually go into power management and make sure.

nevermind, the power settings were set on balance.
changed to high power.
fixed my issue. Thank you
