csgo fps issue

so basically i get 300-400 fps on cobble without bots and offline . when i play with bots offline i get 100-to low 200 fps . I was wondering if this is normal or if there is a problem .
my rig :
i7-4790k
gtx 1060 6gb
windows 8.1
16gb ramm.
i also only get 100-300 fps and sometimes lower in competitive and ESEA , is this also normal for my rig or is there a problem?

Stock player models do affect performance. With all the custom stuff online player vs player is seeing even greater performance issues. If your system and game is unoptimized then your FPS is normal. Focus more so on suggestions 4 and greater.
