csgo fps problem

I have a gtx 750ti graphics card with a amd a10 6800k processor.... but in csgo I'm only getting 40-60fps ON LOW and I don't know why. people have been saying that they run on high with 100+ frames and I don't know why I cant with my card... please help thank you!!!

Is this just for CSGO? Or is it in other games?

Do you have vsync disabled in the game?
