Question csgo fps problem

i have a asus rog laptop with i5 9th gen and gtx 1050 and it still gives me 30 fps on csgo. I use launch options and autoexec.cfg i found online and i've noticed that even thought it begins with 100 fps , drops off to 30 after sometime and gets worse from there

If you are seeing performance degradation over time that usually points to thermals.
What are your temps and clock speeds? Both at the start and as the game progresses.
