CSGO wont launch after download

Can someone help me i couldnt launch csgo on my pc.
it just says running..... syncing then gone
already downloaded it twice. and checked the game files

Any fix?

specs:
CPU: AMD athlon II x2 245
GPU:GT 710 1GB DDR3
RAM:2GB DDR2

yeah i know the minimum requirements of the game.
it shouldnt be the cpu that is causing this problem because i saw on youtube where he use a lower cpu than mine but it runs. my problem here is it cannot run not game performance
