CSGO wont launch

Can someone help me i couldnt launch csgo on my pc.
it just says running..... syncing then gone

Any fix?

specs:
CPU: AMD athlon II x2 245
GPU:GT 710 1GB DDR3
RAM:2GB DDR2

Was it running fine before and suddenly stopped working? If so try verifying the integrity of the game cache or even re-installing all together.

i transferred the csgo file to my desktop. already verified the integrity of the game cache but i havent tried downloading the game again

it worked on my loptop but not on my desktop

still doesnt work
