So the GPU and PSU is what I'm upgrading. As of now I have a AMD HD Radeon 7770 1GB.
What I would like to know.
*Is the GPU and PSU compatible with my build?
*I want to play games like Battlefield 4, Dying light, Far Cry 4, Grand Theft Auto 5, Max Payne 3 at a steady 60 FPS. I don't care at what setting as long as it's above 60 or a steady 60 FPS.
*Can my build plus the GPU achieve 60 FPS in the games listed above?

Sorry if this seems like a lot.

Solution
You have a great processor and motherboard and the GTX 970 is an excellent choice to play steady 60fps @1080p at high and ultra settings. My only suggestion is to change the PSU to this XFX 550W or this EVGA 650W as according to this PSU list the 600B you listed is a Tier 3 PSU not for use in gaming PC. Get either the Tier 2 XFX TS series or the Tier 1 EVGA GS series and as the GTX 970 is very power efficient the 550W should be enough for your system.
