Cursor Pops up In-Game When R Key is Pressed

Recently, whenever I press the R key in a game (CSGO, R6... etc), my cursor pops up. I can't move my character or anything unless I click left mouse button or by pressing R again. The R key seems to be a toggle button for the mouse cursor. This really sucks because I can't reload in game without having my cursor popping up :/
P.S: All the keys on my keyboard works fine. If you need anymore information, please let me know.

Edit: This only happens with Steam Games. I tried playing GTA and the problem did not come up. I also tried disabling the steam overlay, geforce overlay and still no luck.

Okay, I found the culprit (Discord). It turns out I have my Discord In-game overlay binded to the R key. Once I turned off the overlay, the problem stopped.
