Me again - is there any way I could shave $100 off this build?

You could go for the H77 Pro4/MVP motherboard from ASRock. That should save you some money.

Also, you can go for a cheaper power supply if you are only going to run one card. Something like the Antec NEO ECO 520W should do.

Very good combo.

And the case is expensive, but its a matter of whether you like it or not. You are going to be the one looking at it every day, so I don't like to recommend cases.
