Please i'm wondering, what can be plugged in this type of hubs ?
And where can this motherboard be used for ?

Something which was designed to be plugged there can be plugged. And something else to be plugged into that board' connector.

Looks like very custom product, for custom application. Connectors are very old-style, but the tech is kind of modern. Nice pircutes, though.
