custom pc turns off after a few mins

i build a custom pc and everytime i turn it on it turns off after a few mins. my pc build is geforce gtx 760 superclocked..cooler master geminii s524 .... 1tb harddrive.... Gigabyte AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gbps USB 3.0 ATX DDR3 1600 Motherboards GA-970A-DS3P.... and amd fx black edition and Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 4 x 4gb). ive havent had any luck on why this is happening.

Check your temps, and tell me if they break the max before the machine shuts down, also, do you have a spare PSU that you could test the pc on?

same probs.
but sometimes it runs well.
mostly it turns off after say 15 mins.

And for that matter what is your PSU?

Sounds like a cooling issue for sure. Sometimes the stock coolers (and air cooling at that) aren't good enough for high powered graphics and processors. May need some liquid cooling.
