A new low budget chopshop on the scene, recently started advertising in computer gaming mags.
My experience:
Good website and configurator, decent parts.
10 day turnaround time on order.
System packaged poorly and DOA.
Tech support quick and efficient.
Unwilling (and probably unable) to go the extra mile for customer service. Heatsink had come loose during shipping and damaged the RAM. Was diagnosed as a mobo problem. After replacing Mobo (10 days, and they charged $$ to send replacements as hostage to original parts)I noticed the RAM chip was damaged physically. So what should have been a 10 day build and deliver time dragged on to 30 days, as they refused to do any next day shipping at their cost.
FINAL ANALYSIS- buy the parts loose and build it yourself. Cyberpower is a good place to price a system, but I would not purchase from them again.

That is unfortunate. My brother bought a P4 system from them a year and a half ago, and has had no problems. Such is the nature of mail-order businesses :frown: . NewEgg.Com is the way I'm going to go from now on. They do lots of business and have been very reliable for me so far.
