So im planning on basically building a new pc and right now I have 2 drives in my current pc. A 128 gb samsung 840 evo ssd where Win 10 is installed and a 1 TB hdd where games and important stuff is stored.

im planning on formating the ssd and do a clean install of windows on the new build, but the main question is. Can I plug in my hdd or D drive to the new build without losing any data?

Solution
For example games and other software. Will those be needed to be uninstalled?
Games on the Steam platform will be OK. You can tell the NEW Steam client you install after the new OS where they are.
Other game platforms have similar function.
Other applications will almost certainly not work.

Steam games location
In the steam client:
Steam
Settings
Downloads
Steam Library Folders
Add library folder

Depending on what the "data" is, yes.
If it includes applications, those will not work in the new OS. Your personal data, no problem.
