Data migration from old ssd to new ssd

Hello, I hoping someone in the community can give me a solution. I presently had in my computer a Samsung ssd 840 EVO 120gb and decided to upgrade to Samsung ssd 840 EVO 250GB. I used the Paragon data migration software to transfer everything on the old to the new. Once I successfully transferred the data, I was informed to restart my computer, enter BIOS in order to update my boot priority. Now my problem in the UEFI, it show only my old ssd, with boot menu showing the new. Furthermore, once I am able to get into windows the information shown in my computer is for the old and not new ssd. Can someone explain to me did I do something wrong.
