DDR2-533 ram on DDR2-667/800 MoBo

I have A LOT of old DDR2-533 sticks lying around, and I'm wondering if I could stick some into my old system. The thing is, the motherboard supports 667/800 ram. I don't want to blow cash on obsolete ram. This is my MoBo

You can use them, they will work at their maximum speed, which is 533MHz. The motherboard's memory controller supports up to 800MHz, not just 800Mhz.

On contrary cases, if the motherboard's supports up to 667Mhz RAM and u put 800MHz RAM, they will work but will low down to 667MHz. There are no risks.

Yes, dual channel is an enhancement in memory control (or something like that). When you use two identical memory sticks, the memory controller will use them in parallel to increase the size of the memory bus. In short, yes they will work.
If the memory sticks are different it will work in single channel, that's the default configuration.
