ddr2 800- 1066?

i am looking to buy new ram and my motherboard i am looaking at getting ( GA-P35-DQ6) can support memory upto pc8500 (1066mhz).
So i was thinking about getting Corsair Dominator XMS2 (TWIN2X2048-8500C5D)
is it worth while getting this ram or sticking to ddr2 pc6400 (800mhz) something like G.Skill HZ Series?
