DDR2 800 memory recommendations?

hey guys i just built a new system

e6300
gigabytega-965p-ds3
2GB Patriot DDR2 667
tuniq tower 120
antec P180
Radeon x1950 pro
wd raptor 74gb

so far i have it oc'ed to 2.62ghz but i can't go any further than that because of my memory. i actually got it to 2.9 but quake 4 always crashes at that speed, so 2.62 is the fastest i can get with games crashing. i want some recommendations on what DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-?? timings you guys are using to take e6300's around 3.0-3.2ghz? any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

this is a good ddr2 800 ram

Have you upped the volts on the ram (how far did you push it)? try running memtest86 maybe your ram is faulty (could be one of the sticks)

yeah i ran memtest86 5 times to check the ram, no errors everytime. i dont know what else it could be but just the ram i have is holding my overclock back. i have tried 2.1 and 2.2v on the ram still doesn't help.
