ddr3 1333 not working on my G41M-Combo

i got this ddr3(4gb) Corsair and it is not working in my Mother Board. why and how to trouble shoot this. please help.

-my Core is DUAL CORE 2.2 E2200

Hello... What is the Brand/Model of your MB? I found when changing from DDR2 to DDR3 memory that it is best to clear/reset your BIOs first to get the needed DDR3 memory settings to be read... you can not Run both DDR2 and DDR3 at the same time.
