DDR3 RAM Compatibility

Hello All,
I know the basics about RAM, but I have a question on compatibility, and I guess this might also go into Overclocking your CPU.

My motherboard support DDR3 1333 MHZ ram, is 1375 MHz ram compatible at 1333 MHz?

Best way to determine what Kingston RAM is to go to the Kingston website and enter the company and model number of your mobo and the site will tell you what RAM is compatible with your board

Naturally, my motherboard is not listed on their website, it not actually released yet. For reference it is the new DX38BT "Bone Trail" Motherboard from Intel. I was hoping someone could explain a little bit about the MHZ difference and if there would be any advantage in getting Faster RAM?
