DDR3 RAM Not Displaying as 1600MHz

I have 2 x 1600 DDR3 RAM cards on my computer but on CPU-Z it shows my DRAM Frequency as 665.1MHz.

Is this correct or should I move the RAM to a different slot on the motherboard?

My motherboard has no branding and is the motherboard that comes with the E93 Lenovo ThinkCentre so that's not much help.

665,1 X 2 = 1330.2 ...It's DDR ( Double Data Rate ) so you double that number , it's running at 1330.2.

It will depend on your motherboard and CPU, not all support 1600 ram, if it does support 1600 ram you may need to enable xmp in the bios to allow the ram to run at its max speed.

Is there a section in the BIOS for DRAM settings , you might be able to set XMP profile 1 for the 1600 spec.

Unfortunately not. I can't get into UEFI BIOS because this board throws an error saying, "Error Code 1962-No Operating System Found." In the legacy BIOS I cannot view any information related to RAM.
