Question DDR4 for ASRock Z370 Pro4 motherboard

I have been meaning to upgrade RAM, I got Patriot Blackout Edition 2X8GB 3200MHz (PVB4161G320C6K). But my motherboard does not recognize it. I've tried updating bios and default setting, different slot configurations with no luck so I just decided to get another kit.

I went to the ASRock QVL for the motherboard but none of the ones listed are available for purchase. Could someone recommend me a 2X16GB kit that is fully compatible? Looking to spend around US$100.

What BIOS version are you working with? What processor is paired on your motherboard?

BIOS version is P4.30, the processor is i7 8700K.
