Deactivating Integrated Graphics

I am having a Asus m5a88m motherboard and it has a ati hd 4250 integrated card. I am planning to buy a sapphire 7750 ddr5 graphic card. Should i deactivate the integrated card before installing the new one or should i leave it as it is??

The MOBO will detect the dedicated GPU (Radeon 7750) and will automatically disable the integrated GPU.
