Dead 5770, need defibrillator

So I have 2 of these 5770's in Crossfire X:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161317

They don't have the default Phoenix shrouds which limits availability of parts.

A couple days ago, the temp shot to 93C on the primary card then the GPU shut down (good GPU, no fire). After taking it out, it is discovered the fan has burnt/seized/thrown a bearing (who knows for sure) out and gets no spinny spinny anymore.

So I'm looking to do one of three things:

1 - Find a new 5770 like this one,
2 - Try to find an OEM fan/parts to replace or;
3 - Get after market coolers for both?
Since one died, the other can't be light years away from death itself.

Has anyone had experience replacing OEM on this particular GPU?
What aftermarket cooling would you recommend that would fit this card? Has to fit in an Antec 300 case, so nothing too exotic.
Any problems to anticipate for aftermarket cooling on (particularly) this GPU or 5770s in general?

New GPU is not on the board (but I will take suggestions on what single GPU, nVidia or AMD would put these 2 to shame).

Thanks in advance!!

LOL. I laugh because I was just in a thread where people said not to buy from ebay. Hop on ebay and see if you can find a cheap/dead 5770. Swap the cooler over. Just make sure the one you buy fits, and the fan still works. You could buy an after market cooler, but they tend to run a lot of money.

The bottom one is probably just fine. The top one doesn't get as good air because of the heat being trapped from the bottom card. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I would think a 7850 should be around your current performance, 7870 for sure would be faster.
