Dead Computer {PSU or Chasis?}

Lately, I've been having issues {a few weeks} where I'd hit the power button on my case and it either wouldn't start until a second or third press, or I'd turn it off and it'd turn back on, making me turn it off again. I didn't think too much of it {in hindsight a grievous mistake} but now it's a problem.

I unhooked everything to clean up the cables in the back so that I could hook up my third monitor, got it all plugged back in and now I get absolutely nothing.

I don't really have the tools to test either my PSU or my chasis on their own and nowhere in my area will work on a custom computer so I'm going to try buying either a case or a PSU when I get paid {if only so that I have the means to test other components} but I'm not entirely sure which is the most likely candidate in this case. Any advice or suggestions as to what the culprit may be would be much appreciated.

The motherboard, GPU, and CPU Cooler are all less than 3 months old whereas the other parts are maybe 2 years old.

TL;DR
My computer won't start after unplugging it and plugging it back in. I think it's either my PSU or my case and am going to purchase one of those two soon to try and troubleshoot it; which should I buy?

Also, I forgot to mention this earlier but my motherboard has a power-switch on it as well, so I suppose that could def. decide the problem is the power supply since that goes nowhere either. Maybe? Not really sure it all functions beyond putting the parts in. :\
