Dead Mobo? Help pls

Hey guys,

So, i recently moved my system into a new case, the one i had previously was getting a little cramped, but when trying to boot up, i get nothing but the power and reset switch on the mobo to light up. No sound when i hit the power switch, nothin. I've re seated everything, none of the power supply cables are pinched. System was running like a dream before i moved everything into the new case. .

Power supply passes the paper clip test, so im at a loss here. any ideas? Thanks

Components~

-Asus p6t motherboard
-GTX 960 4gb oc
-16gb ddr3 G.Skill
-Cooler Master G750m
-Core i7 Extreme Edition

Get your pc out of the case, then try to power it up

So, took it out, motherboard/powersupply, plugged it up, same thing.
here's the weird part, if i leave the cpu power in and take the 24 connect out, and slowly put it back in, the cpu fan spins for a sec , and its consistent.

First time ive seen this issue, im leaning towards a bad mobo...🙁 but i have another build i can steal the power supply from at work, im gonna pull it and test it out, any other ideas till then?
