I bought my second DS in Asda last week for multiplayer gaming.

It has two Dead or Stuck Pixels in the top screen, whilst my three month old
USA Import is flawless.

Anyone know the UK / Europe stand on this from Nintendo? Will they swap?

What about Asda? I think I may take it back for a swap...

Just go back to the shop. They'll change it for you...

Asda have an excellent reputation for no questions asked exchanges.
Just take it back- when quiet if you can and ask to check the
replacement in the shop if you can.

Nintendo's stand in the UK is that they have a zero tolerance policy on dead
pixels, so they will replace your DS if you send it to them with no hassle.

Having said that, Asda are usually very good at replacing faulty goods.

Although my DS has a dead pixel in the top screen, it hasn't really bothered me
to the extent that I wanted to replace it - after all, knowing my luck, the next
one will have a whole load of dead pixels...
