Sadly, physical damage is typically never covered under warranty. You'd have to prove damage in shipping (but that's courier insurance typically), or request a repair (board swap); neither would be covered by warranty.
But it's impressive to see this level of repair work, well done.

Possibly; however this could be located in a region that doesn't have much (if any) supply. Repairing the card would likely cost a decent amount, but if you simply can't order one from Amazon because the hardware is sanctioned...
