I'm building a gaming computer, and i've already bought some of the parts. My PC specs are:
Already bought:

AMD FX 9590 4.7GHz 8-core (I know a little overkill 😉)
750W Power Supply
16GB 1866Hz RAM
240GB SSD

:ptdr::ptdr::ptdr::ptdr::ptdr::ptdr::ptdr:
I plan on buying:
MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
MSI R9 285 256-bit GDDR5
WD Black Series 1TB 7200RPM
ASUS 24" 144Hz 1ms LED Monitor
ASUS Dual-band Wireless Adapter
Corsair Hydro Series H100I Extreme Performance Water CPU Cooler.

Solution
For that cpu,you need a good mobo,and that from MSI is not that good.I would take saberthooth or crosshair formula,with 990FX chipset.If you put that cpu on a 970 mobo with average VRM cooling,it will burn XD.Its a piity youve already bought that cpu,i would have get i5 4690k.And gpu i think is good.Enjoy your gaming and i hope i helped.

No problem,im here for that 😉 that cpu is perfect for gaming,but you need a good cooling,and preferably liquid loop.If you can,buy the gtx 970,Gigabyte G1 Gaming for me is the best,but if youre ona budget,a r9 290 will do the job

Is the cooling I have good enough. I don't mind if its hot I just don't want it to be to hot. I was going to get the Corsair Hydro Series H100I Extreme Performance Water.

the FX 9590 is going to run very hot. the tdp is listed as 220, so that's quite hot. the h100i is decent, but there are better performers at this load
