So I have been looking to build a new computer for some time now my price range is around 600-800 bucks all has to be available in the US! I have all peripherals and all that jazz. I need all computer insides obviously.

I stream RuneScape, League of Legends, CSGO and a few other games which again i do stream and want to be able to stream at mid-high settings with a solid 50-60fps at least without frame drops or lag of any sort. I do render videos and photoshop and all that at times. I also want this to be dual monitor set up and all this is stuff i need and desire.

I have two different builds picked out and they are: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/cDtMK8 and the second one is http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HtkVRB I need to know which is better OR if someone has a better build they have in mind I am open to all suggestions please let me know 😀

EDIT: Right now this is what i think im getting: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/s76kyc
Anything else edited on this build?

it has 8 of Threads,4 virtual threads but its better for running single thread apps.

Better ghz= better gaming (ofc GPU matters too),Worth 70 bucks?thats only a question you can answer...almost all computers will get the job done...question is how fast and how my fps your looking to get done with.

Tbh i think the best clock speed for gaming is 4.2 ghz,but hey u can still do ok with 3.7ghz

OP is playing CS;GO. He can probably get 60 FPS at 1440p with that setup. Even at max settings.

You think he could stream at 1440p with an i5?

I was thinking the same thing just wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas to tweak it a little or maximize it 😀

CPU: Xeon chosen for extra threads, since you won't be OC'ing.

RAM: Low voltage, Low latency, Currently on sale at Microcenter. 1x8 GB for more upgradability, Dual channel only offers a maximum 30% improvement in real world, memory intensive (which gaming is not) applications anyway.

SSD: 250GB, so you won't fill it (Spare NAND is always good.) If you ever decide to get large programs, it will fit those too.

GPU: R9 270, because you'd likely be able to get above 120 FPS 1080p with any mid range GPU

Casw: The Rosewill Galaxy cases are good, and fairly cheap too.

PSU: 550W is a decent capacity, and the XFX TS is a tier two unit made by Seasonic, which are high quality.

luco so do you think your build or his would be better?
