Anyway.... put Pier on Marie asap. Also Rutors asap. Start equipping
like mad. Bleed your prey dry. Poolgain w Blood dolls, hunt, Coolers,
....
Pick up stuff u want w Sibyls & MotS. Do the tango w Heidelburg a
Cathedral.

What do you think ? Suggestions?

Much as I like Pieter, I'd replace him with an AUS or aus/obf 3-cap.
Pieter just doesn't cut it in this deck.

Also, diversify your stealth. With 9 Lost in Crowds, you're bound to
jam on them at some point. I would suggest Cloak the Gathering, since
that can be played in the Superior by any OBF vampire, and cycles
relatively easily.

Maybe add Vast Wealth? Right now, you may well have to wait a good long
while before you see a Pier or Magic of the SMith, and those are
somewhat critical. Alternatively, if you don't mind the wait, make room
for more Wakes/Forceds.

wheres idalia? she fits perfect in there. and btw. if youre looking
ffor OBF and tha why dont get a neat special also? i mean for 6 pool
you get kalinda and samat which have the same disciplines as pieter and
both also a goos pecial. i would try something like that:

where are the hunting grounds? if you want to bloat with blood dolls
hunting ground are your cards slip in 2 of institution HG and one of
underworld HG. and i guess even with the HGs and the 7 coolers you wont
need the 10 BDs, get down to 7 or 8 maybe. get one hungry coyote out
and slip in one Festivo dello Estinto for the fun factor. and well
maybe one or two secure havens for the combat monkeys in your back and
one anarch troublemaker for the bowls in your front...

drop the second feeding razor, the chainsaw, the flak jacket adn the
veneficorum. get some magnums (or deer rifles, depends on metagame) as
combat defense, get an ivory bow (is always good), monocle of clarity
(for your prey: you have any bounce in hand?), a bowl of convergence
(as a countermessure and you never know when you gonna need it), some
leather jackets might also be a good addition...

drop the tounges and get the ghouls of moreira plaza, maybe 2 more
wakes and if you want fun some walk through arkadia (you still can
stealth if it doesnt work)...

bloat cames from hunting.. HC is much better than HG
especially, when combined with rutor's hand (4 blood in turn - not bad)
but with that amount of OBF cards, I'd put one Festivo and maybe one more
Sunset
drop one BD and 16 masters shouldn't be a big problem

maybe a candle, and 2 sniper rifles?
flak is good, especially for free
some intercept is always nice.. bowl is a great eq

I like it a lot. Does it win much? I imagine

A day or two before I saw your post, I built an
obf/tha Rutor's Hand deck. Everyone in the crypt
had obf/tha. I planned to play Rutor's at basic and
just be good at rescuing my vamps. Like your
deck, I used Quira, Marie, and Peiter. I also
used Hanna Redmonds, Kalinda, Al-Ashard,
Samat Ramal-Ra, and William Biltmore. Also like
your deck, mine was equipment heavy, but I didn't
place the focus on Marie. After seeing your deck
I was reminded of how cool the Sabbat/Coyote
