Question Deepcool ak400 crack ?

Hi, just bought a budget cooler for ryzen 3600 instead of the stock cooler, the deepcool ak400. Just wanted to make sure if the crack(s) in thea heatsink joints is "normal" for these kind of budget heatsinks, and if its safe to use it without heating problems. I can still return it but if its okey to use then its fine like this.

 
That's somewhat difficult to see, but I think you are talking about the crack in the heat pipe leading up to the fins? It doesn't look very alarming. Cheaper coolers can have defects like that. It likely won't cause any issues though. It looks to be sealed off. It's just the way the molding process of the heated copper/nickel wasn't exact.
