[SOLVED] deepcool MG350 mouse software not recognize the product

in the present version of the deepcool software when i connect my mouse to the system there is no mouse shows up, whats the problem? anyone can help me?
i saw a video from 1 years ago that a man use it but now, deepcool updated his software , and dont recognize my mouse anymore, anyother software or any solution you guys know for that?

I see the one listed on Deepcool's support site for the mouse is 1.0.0.2, is that the version you're using? Perhaps try and uninstall it and reinstall it in an elevated command.

Speaking of commands, what are the rest of the specs to your build? Are you sure all drivers for your platform are installed? Nothing is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager?
