Default Gateway Not Available/Cannot Reach DNS Server

I'm having an issue with a recently built PC. The motherboard does not come with an onboard wireless card, so I installed an Encore N300 5dBi wireless card.
Since I've first booted, installed drivers, and used the machine, its wireless capability has been hindered by the fact that it continually falls into a "limited connection" state. Troubleshooting gives me alternating errors of "default gateway not available" and "DNS server could not be reached."
ISP: Time Warner Cable
Mobo: ASRock H97 Performance Fatal1ty, running Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

I don't see a Windows 10 driver on their website, have you tried contacting the vendor with regard to compatibility?

I've not, seeing as Windows 10 is such a new operating system. However, this is probably a good place to start.
