Default Sound Driver Problem

Hey everyone,
After upgrading to Windows 10 the integrated Realtek motherboard sound card became the default and there is no option to use Microsoft's 'High Definition Audio Device' as the default driver. I've looked everywhere for a fix but nothing's worked.

Help is greatly appreciated.

I have this same issue, and hate the Realtek HD manager! I will let you know if I find a solution.
